Long covid/vaccine injury

I started practice on Maribyrnong Rd at Moonee Ponds Wellness Centre before starting my own business at Chi Temple Natural Therapies on Epsom Rd in Ascot Vale for 9 years, then relocating to Leonard Crescent Flemington.  Now I am based in Bittern on the Westernport side of the Mornington peninsula.

I have spent well over a good 25 years of my life studying and practising Chinese medicine.  Cupping, moxibustion, herbs, cold laser, nutrition and lifestyle counselling can all be included in consultations and is tailored to the individual. Herbal medicine can also be prescribed according to the individual.

I have a background in science, completing an honours degree in biochemistry at the University of Melbourne. Having always taken an interest in Eastern philosophy including tai chi and ancient remedies from a very young age, I continued my Chinese medicine studies at RMIT where I spent my last year of study treating patients in China. I was also mentored by Stephen Byers at the Fitzroy Chinese Medical Centre for a year.

I have also completed a Graduate Diploma in Health Science in Western Herbal medicine at UNE and I enjoy regular attendance at seminars and keep up to date with new evidence based research in the biochemistry behind conditions/illness with herbal medicine and nutrition. I practice integrating biochemistry and Chinese medicine so bring your blood test results to your appointment to assess your overall wellbeing and optimise your health.

Outside of work I love gardening and i'm passionate about regenerative agriculture and permaculture. I also love looking after my beloved rescue ponies and horse. I also get regular acupuncture treatment myself. I also practise equine laser & acupuncture and prescribe herbs and supplements for horses, after seeing its amazing results on my own ponies especially for laminitis and abscess.

I also enjoy keeping up with anything nutrition and enjoy reading and listening to podcasts by Dr Gundry, Dr Paul Mason, Dr Gary Fettke, Prof Tim Noakes.
