Other clinically proven benefits of cold laser include earlier return to physical health, reduced fat and cardiometabolic risk factors, less soreness after exercise, faster recovery from exercise.  It is used to improve back pain including spinal cord injury, neck pain and more.  It stimulates acupuncture points as well as the needles. There are also anecdotal reports of better sleep, less stress and depression.

Cold laser involves the application of red and near infrared light to tissue where there is degeneration or injury, to improve, repair and reduce inflammation and pain.  This is achieved via cold lasers ability to reduce oxidative stress which is the underlying trigger for most diseases and degenerative conditions.  Oxidative stress is also a component in the inflammatory phase of acute and chronic injuries.

Unlike drugs and surgery, cold laser actually promotes regeneration, reduces inflammation and pain, is non toxic, is non invasive and has no side effects.
